Please make sure that the shipping and billing addresses are correctly mentioned by the customer while checkout to eliminate any chance of delay. Solpair Delivers Orders within 3-7 working days at your doorstep Pan-India.

Shipping Policy

Here at Solpair, we offer Free Shipping to all our customers ordering Pan-India.  We have the most trusted and well-known shipping partners delivering Orders to your doorstep. We have prepared our inventory so that our customers receive their orders within 3-7 working days, depending on their location. The tracking details are sent to the customer’s registered E-mail address within 48 hours of our warehouse dispatch. We don’t have Cash On Delivery for now.

Returns & Replacements

At Solpair all sales are final. Solpair will only replace the product in case the product received is damaged, Defective or Incorrect. In case any unfortunate situation occurs during delivery then we would ask the consumer to share some valid proof if they want a replacement. (eg Unboxing Video of the parcel clearly showing the initial opening of the seal. Our team will look forward and addressing your issue within 7 working days. Solpair has the right to refuse the replacement. The customer needs to inform the issue within 24hrs of delivery via E-Mail or WhatsApp.​

Cancellation 

Currently,  we are offering cancellation only on those orders which are not dispatched from our warehouse. No cancellation on In-Transit Orders. The amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
